link.] Most members favor frequent committee meetings and/or increased
increased frequency closer to Election Day [say, after September].
The at-large membership agreed to continue meeting through [most of]
the summer, due to election year activities.

Please find one another and try to have a committee meeting at least
by the March 19, and if possible, by March 5.
